About the Presenter
Lizzie Stewart is a PhD student and tutor in German at the University of Edinburgh. She researches theatre and migration in contemporary Germany, looking at when, why, and how plays which were written by Turkish-German playwrights have been performed. Lizzie originally studied German and Russian as an undergraduate at the University of Edinburgh. In 2010 she also completed her Masters degree at Edinburgh in European Theatre and she began work on her PhD there in 2011.
