About the Presenter
Elizabeth Ward is a PhD student at the University of Leeds. She researches East German cinema and depictions of the Holocaust.
Elizabeth studied German and French as an undergraduate at the University of Cambridge, before taking a Masters degree in Screen Media and Cultures also at the University of Cambridge. In 2011, she began a PhD in German at the University of Leeds.
Elizabeth is the co-founder of the GFLI with Hannah O’Connor.
